We hope you love your Kronkron order. If you need to return an online purchase, please read the information below.
Returns for online orders
Online purchases may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is returned unused, unworn and in the same condition as when it was sent to you.
All original labels, tags and packaging must be intact. When trying on clothing, shoes or accessories, please handle the item with care and avoid perfume, makeup, deodorant or anything that may leave marks, scent or damage on the item.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. This means that the cost of sending the item back to Kronkron is paid by the person returning the item.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been received and processed.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item has arrived back to us and has been checked.
The item must be in the same condition as when it was sent out. If the return is approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are not refunded.
Items that cannot be returned
We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, used, damaged, washed, altered, marked, scented or returned without original labels and tags intact.
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. If you are unsure whether an item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.
Faulty items
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible at magni@kron.is.
