Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee that all items are available.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Delivery costs and any applicable charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Payment must be approved before an order is dispatched.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Kronkron Reykjavík. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout when available for your location.

International orders, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges when the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Kronkron has no control over these charges, as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions about customs charges, please contact your local customs office.

Returns

Online purchases may be returned in accordance with our Returns policy. Returned items must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as when they were sent out, with original labels and tags intact.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping costs are not refunded. Refunds are issued once the returned item has arrived back to us and has been checked.

Faulty items

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible at magni@kron.is. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can help you.

Promotion codes

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes. Promotional codes are subject to the conditions stated at the time they are issued.

Only one promotional code can be used per order unless otherwise stated. Promotional codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed, exchanged for cash or used after expiry. We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw a promotional code if it is misused.

Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 4 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Gift cards may be used as full or partial payment for products available from Kronkron. Gift cards do not need to be used all at once.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.

Please keep your gift card safe. Kronkron is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards.
